Are there any blackout dates?
Your membership is valid for use during all of our open jump times and during valid programs! Please check your local park hours for up to date information!
Can I cancel my membership?
After your initial 3 month period, your membership moves to a month to month program. After your initial period you may cancel your membership by contacting your local park or using your membership management portal!
Is my membership valid at all NRG locations?
Your membership is only valid at the location it was purchased at!
