Do I have to pay if I am not participating in the attractions?
Only guests participating in the attractions have to pay! Spectators have no cost to visit our parks!
Each guest including spectators must have an active waiver.
Is there a minimum of maximum age for NRG?
NRG is proud to offer attractions for Toddlers through Adults! Please contact or visit your local park to learn more about your specific facilities offerings!
Does NRG sell food?
NRG Parks offer a wide variety of food options ranging from small snacks to full meals. Please contact your local park for a full menu!
Are NRG Jump Socks required?
Each guest participating in an attraction at NRG must have NRG Jump Socks.
NRG Jump Socks can be purchased at your local park!
Who can complete a waiver?
Waivers must be completed for each guest prior to entering our Adventure areas. Waivers must be completed by an adult 18 years or older. If a minor is attending an NRG facility, then the waiver must be completed by a parent or guardian that is 18 years of age or older.
Do I have to print out or bring my ticket?
Bringing a physical or electronic ticket can help expedite the check-in process, but if you forget it, we are able to look up your reservation using your personal information.
Do you have specific attractions or times for people with disabilities?
While some of our attractions are adaptable for children with special needs, we also host Sensory Exploration. During this designated time, we turn the music down or off to accommodate any needs of our Guests. Check to see if your local park offers Sensory Exploration, available times, and other details.
Is Outside Food & Beverage Permitted?
NRG is proud to offer our full service Cafe with offerings for the entire family!
Outside food and Beverage is not permitted in NRG Facilities unless you purchase a catering package with an event!
Are Waivers Required?
Waivers are required for every guest that enters an NRG facility. It is recommended that you complete your waiver online in advance of your arrival. If you’re unable to complete your waiver in advance, you may complete it when you arrive at the facility.
Please note that a waiver is required for each separate NRG location. Please complete a Waiver for the location that you will be visiting!
Can I reuse my NRG Jump Socks?
Yes! You may reuse your NRG Jump Socks as long as they are in proper condition (free of rips or tears and no loss of grip on the bottom).
Only NRG Jump Socks are permitted for use within NRG Facilities!
